As you embark on a healing journey with CBD, you'll surely look everywhere for a clear answer to the question; “How much CBD should I take?”
You'll find that suggested dose varies significantly across the marketplace. This is with good reason - every individual needs a different amount of cannabidiol depending upon the severity of imbalance in their endocannabinoid system and the symptoms experienced as a result.
We recommend finding your dose by "titrating up" - start with 4-5 drops the first time and increase to 1-2 dropperful at a time until you've reached the desired effect (trust us, you'll know!)
But once you've determined what constitutes your appropriate dose... how do you ensure accuracy and precision upon administering from a dropper bottle?
If you’ve ever used a dropper bottle, chances are you know being exact isn't easy. You squeeze the bulb to draw product into the pipette and one amount is dispensed the first time. But the next time you perform (seemingly) the exact same action, a different amount is drawn into the pipette. Which, if either, was the desired dosage?
And let's face it -- do we really count the drops as we administer them under our own tongue!?
There are numerous variables which can contribute to these inconsistencies - but ultimately, simply “eyeballing it” leaves your dose completely to guesswork.
